The Casadio Theo 64 is a grinder-doser that uses a precise micrometric adjustment system to get a perfect and consistent grind every time.

Equipped with 64mm flat grinding burrs and a large hopper that can hold 4.4lbs of coffee beans, it is a great companion to any commercial espresso machine.

Fine Tuning The Grind

The grind settings can be easily adjusted with the adjustment knob on the side of the body. Once the grinder is calibrated, the adjustment knob can be removed to prevent re-adjustment ensuring an accurate and consistent grind each time.
