This system displays information about brewing time and volume, and if problems arise, it provides feedback about programming and diagnostics. To streamline operation, the screen can be customized to highlight specialty brews.
To ensure coffee is brewed properly, the Fetco CBS-2131XTS single coffee brewer features a manual hot water spout positioned away from the brew basket. Designed to reduce maintenance costs, eliminate lime buildup, and boost coffee quality, the unit’s cascading spray dome releases water over the dome’s outer surface instead of the drain holes, which tend to clog. This machine sports a sleek, European cabinet design that complements common decors for use at front counters. Overall, it measures 113⁄4 inches wide by 203⁄8 inches deep by 273⁄4 inches high for countertop use.
